Debris Haul-Off

All flood debris MUST be placed between the curb and the sidewalk. The County’s debris removal team will not be able to pick it up beyond the sidewalk (private property).

Morning Update – September 2nd at 9:20am

Steep Bank Creek – Pumps

We have seen significant drainage improvements overnight. We hope to provide an updated timeline for drainage later this morning.

Roads

Almost all major thoroughfares are passable now, except southern portions of LJ Parkway remain closed and impassable to vehicular traffic. We have not received confirmation on Creekstone Village Boulevard.

Riverstone CAREs – What a Response!

The heart of this community is simply amazing! Since our mid-day post yesterday, donations have already started to roll in, and 100% of volunteer spots were filled. Our needs will change as more people can access their homes – right now many are still inaccessible. So our volunteer needs will increase tomorrow and Monday. We will keep you updated.

IF YOU NEED SUPPLIES, COME TO THE CLUBHOUSE – 9am to 5pm! We have masks, cleaning supplies, tools, fans, etc. They are here for you! We are setting up satellite kiosks now on LJ Parkway to coordinate any supply needs here at the Clubhouse.

Security

Many thanks to the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office for the tremendous team of tireless law enforcement officers that were deployed to assist with security, drainage operations and disaster recovery. I think many of you can see their strong presence in getting Riverstone back on its feet, so if you see an officer – give them a big high five. Specific huge thanks to Sgt. Christina Resendez, Riverstone’s lead contract deputy, for getting needed resources to us quickly.
