Brazos River Update

As you may be aware, the Brazos River levels are currently in minor flood stages. See river gauge link below.

As of the time of this website post, the gauge shows 46 feet at Richmond and is projected to continue to decrease steadily over the next few days.

The Steep Bank Creek pump station is fully operational at this time. Based on current weather forecasts, the LID’s detention system and pump station should be able to store and pump any anticipated rainfall over the weekend.

Community Meeting on Saturday, February 2nd

LID 19 will be hosting a Community Meeting on Saturday, February 2 at 2:00 p.m. at The Club at Riverstone (18353 University Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77479).

All residents of LID 19 are invited to attend. The meeting will be attended by the Board of Directors, engineers, operator and attorney.

Matters to be discussed at the meeting include current and future capital improvement projects and emergency communications.

If you have any specific questions you would like addressed at the meeting, please submit them in writing through the website no later than the end of the day on Thursday, January 31.
