On October 24, 2019, the LID 19 Board of Directors adopted Guiding Principles with the purpose of serving as a reference tool for the Board and residents of LID 19 in establishing priorities and goals and assisting in future policy-making decisions affecting the District.

As a reminder, LID 19 Directors will be hosting a community meeting at the Riverstone Clubhouse on November 12, 2019, at 7 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting and meet their LID 19 Directors and learn more about the ongoing operations of the District.
Topics to be discussed at the meeting will include post-Hurricane Harvey capital projects, Flat Bank Creek erosion repairs, and a financial review of the District.
LID 19 Directors and District consultants will answer questions at the conclusion of the meeting.
